How to deal with Citroen C3 climate and radiator fan error?
I want to share my experience troubleshoot climate and radiator fan issue with more people.
I have 2004 C3 HDI, with smart fan 1253h3, has ABS with no esp and automatic climate. When I switch climate on or heat bar 3 dash warms and beeps 3 times and all the heat lights come on. I noticed that if engine warning light on everything is ok when engine warning light turn off on the dashboard fan not cuts in and the problem comes back. I changed engine heat sensor, thermostat, controlled all wiring (can bus wiring, fan power cables), changed relay. But nothing solved the problem. Then I went to C3 forum for help, and a member told me to use Lexia-3 to pull up any error codes before changing parts and it can help guide to the point of the problem.
I bought a Lexia-3 scanner from a Chinese shop, hooked it up my C3 this morning and got a P0485 code. Below is a screenshot of Lexia-3 software (Diagbox) .
On slow speed actuator it says faulty actuator. But sometimes fan cuts in. An interesting alternative description for P0485 is Cooling Fan Power/Ground Circuit Malfunction. It might be a fan or an ECU, I am not sure from a P code. But it is easier to try a new fan than try a new ECU. So I replaced the fan, and the clear the climate control problem is fixed.

Lexia-3 lexia3 V48 Citroen/Peugeot Diagnostic PP2000 V25 with Diagbox V7.53 Problem Solved!
Question: I need your help, I already bought you 2 Lexia-3 lexia3 V48 Citroen/Peugeot Diagnostic PP2000 V25 interfaces before and I never had any problems until now. But with the one you just send me I can not make it work. The interface is well recognized at usb from windows, but it is not detected by the software, whether Lexia, or PP2000 diagbox, none detects the interface. When i plug the usb on computers, the green led light on 2 seconds and light off after. I watched with PSA Checker interface, I get nothing, except the message “Init KO”. So I’m stuck, I admit not knowing what to do, I tried on multiple computers, I do not get better. Please see the picture: 
Answer: According to your description, the Lexia-3 interface PCB board may have problem. Please unsolder the chip on pcb like the picture bellow in the red circle and solder the new one. I will send you the new chip for you to use it. Any question, contact: sales@eobdii.fr.
How to reset Volvo S60 SRS Airbag warning light by VOLVO VIDA DICE Diagnostic Tool?
If you recently got an “SRS Airbag Service Urgent” warning light and would like to get it reset, this guide might be helpful. Here I used VOLVO VIDA DICE Diagnostic Tool clone with a Dice brought from eobdii.fr and did it on my 2003 Volvo S60 AWD 2.5T.

Preparation:

Connect your Dice to VIDA and your car.
Click on Vehicle Profile and under “Communication tools” select your Dice to “Read your car”.
Steps to reset “SRS Airbag Service Urgent” warning light:
1. First open up the software and go to Fault Trace.
2. Then delivery tab.
3. Scroll down and click “READ ALL” to get all your error code.(get all error code check first)
4. After error code get checked click on “ERASE ALL” to clear all code.

If a system error occurs while the TOYOTA Denso Intelligent Tester 2 IT2 is in use, an error message dialog box like the following is displayed. If a system error occurs, follow the procedure listed below.
1. Touch in the error message dialog box.
2. Turn the TOYOTA Denso Intelligent Tester 2 IT2 power switch OFF.
3. Turn the TOYOTA Denso Intelligent Tester 2 IT2 power switch ON to restart the Intelligent Tester II.
