Conclusion:
FOXWELL NT650 and Autel Maxicheck Pro share almost the same special functions. But the N650 is much more popular for the high quality.
NT630 Elite cannot work for EPB, BRT, EPB, DPF, SAS, TPS, TPMS, TBA, etc which NT650 can do.

So, NT650 FOXWELL wins!

Xhorse 35160DW Chip Instruction

Instruction: 35160DW Chip used as replacement for ST company 35080xxx,
35160xx, 080D0xx, 160D0xx ,.etc types

Steps:
1. Backup data: Read and Save the dashboard original IC from 3 partitions(MEMORY+LONGID
+ID LOCATION) or ALL option (ALL=MEMORY+LONGID+ID LOCATION), shown as sample
picture

2. Write data: After replace original chip by Xhorse 35160xx chip, please write step1 saved 3
dumps to each partition on xhorse chip by VVDI PROG.
3. Mileage correction: ‘Erase INC’ button is for erasing the front 2 lines, after erase INC
operation then select ALL or MEMORY option to Read data for verify, Reading data the front
2 lines should all ‘00’, manually enter the targert mileage, then click Write option, operation
completed.
4. Verify data: Soldering back the Xhorse chip to dashboard, check whether working well
without red dot

 

HOW TO SOLVE RENAULT CLIP V184 V185 RLT2002 CONNECTION PROBLEM (ORI OR CLONE)

Hello
For those who have a connection problem with interface RLT2002 (ori or clone Renault CANCLIP interface)
You must modify 2 files in version 185 (Computer >>> Disk C >>> Clip >>> Config):

– probesConfiguration

and – probesConfiguration_logs (normally both at the bottom)

If you are in V184, recover these 2 files, install the V185 and modify the files

DO NOT REPLACE THE “VIMI” FILE …….

Small Reminder: If a Clip Version is already installed on your PC DO NOT REPEAT activation procedure

What’s the meaning of the indicator status (lights up and off)

To check the CAS test platform function if:

CAS application runs well or not
CAS data is useful or not
The key has an inductive signal output or not
The key is valid/legal or not
Indicator status and definition:

Indicator D2 flashes: good communication between the CAN line and the CAS module
Indicator D4 lights up for a while: the CAS data is effective
Indicator D3 flashes after the key is put into the coil: the key has LF signal output
Beeps: The working or new key learn success

One of my Portuguese customer who bought a PSA IMMO tool

WHen he use it, the device ask for password.

He tried many passwords and then lead the device locked.

1. power the unit – wait until the LOCKED10 displayed !!!

2. press and hold the ESC button for 1minutes ( do not release ) – wait until the put code displayed !!!!

Now the HC705 can operate the encrypted chip (except 0D53J\0G47V) and fix the problem that it can be operated without placing the chip.

Fix Porsche key matching function exception.

Fix the problem that B38 can be read if it is not connected to the computer board.

Fix the problem that after the device is automatically activated, it still prompts to expire, and you need to manually remove it.

This review is for the Autel MS906:

I wanted to write this review to hopefully help some others out there. One thing that I really wanted the ability to do is program keys. I could not find any good hard information that this was supposed to program keys. Because of this, I was leaning towards the older DS-708. I decided to give Autel US a call and gather some information.

They told me that the MS-906 was the replacement for the DS-708, but the DS-708 was end of life. They said if you buy a used one, and something happens to the card, then it will essentially be a brick if you don’t have a backup. They also told me that the MS-906 would not program keys and that I had to get the pro version that was quite a bit more expensive. This did not make sense to me because if the MS-906 replaced the DS-708, it should do everything that the DS-708 does.

I ended up messaging the seller on Amazon, and he told me that it would not as well. I figured I would order it and I could always return it. Turns out, the MS-906 DOES program keys! I’m very impressed with the scanner. Comparing it to an older Snap-On Solus, it blows it out of the water! The graphing is nice, has a TON of features!

I am very happy with my purchase. Your 1 year worth of updates starts from the time that you register the device. The problem is, you HAVE to register it before you can use it all. Therefore if your plan was like mine and to use it for 2 years or so, then register it to get the free year worth of updates, then that will NOT work.
