Solution for Launch x431 Pros Mini Can’t Start!!!

A customers of mine informed that he can not open the Launch X431 Pros Mini which was purcahsed a year ago

Customer:

I am in trouble with my x431 pro mini ,last update is done but at restart lenovo tablet doesnt want to restart.That hold on the Logo

After search i have found a hidden menu by press vol up and power and there is another menu when you press power et vol down.But there is nothing more than this message

Some user speak about recovery menu here,Nothing for me
