One of my Portuguese customer who bought a PSA IMMO tool

WHen he use it, the device ask for password.

He tried many passwords and then lead the device locked.

Here is the image of the error message.

But how can we solve it ? Here is the steps

1. power the unit – wait until the LOCKED10 displayed !!!

2. press and hold the ESC button for 1minutes ( do not release ) – wait until the put code displayed !!!!

3. Put your unlock code: TEK1 (ArrowUp,ArrowDown – Enter )
