Can you help me with the Ford software
I install the software without any problem and install vx diag and when I installed the patch I get an error,

It told me”Failed ,please Try Again”

Maybe You did not connect the VXDIAG VCX with laptop.

1.If you use VXDIAG Multi tool with HDD, just insert HDD and connect VCX with laptop and run software.

2.If you use VXDIAG VCX NANO USB/WiFi for Ford/Mazda, first connect vcx nano with laptop, then run IDS software from patch (VERY IMPORTANT !!!)
