Problem: Hello, I received the iOBD2 Saturday, but it doesn’t work with the software obd2 BMW, impossible imput SN, however it works with Obd2 standard. I tried to install the software on iPhone 5s iOS 9.0.2. The series number for my iOBD2 Scanner is SN 29400.

Solution: Please do not use the iPhone 5s iOS 9.0.2 now. The factory is working on the iOS 9.0.2 to solve the problem.
