Comment résoudre le problème invalide de la licence VAS V4.23?

Recently, one of customer who bought VAS V4.23 reflected that when installing the software, there is a problem appeared

for this kind of problem our engineer recommend a solution , that’s to change the computer time

For this sample, customer need to change to the computer time to 2017.10.25 and then the problem will be solved
