On cas 2,3 we used tools like usually VVDI2,CGDI BMW.

On cas3+ with working key!!If it is AKL(all key lost),you need to pull ISN code on dde or dme!!! for registry a key you need downgrade the cas,register key and after backup.
On cas4 Obdstar x300 dp is not working on obd!! Just to Block or active key !!!!

Diesel Particulate Filter Reset: Obdstar X300 Pro3 or X300 DP?

Both Obdstar X300 Pro3 key master and obdstar X300 DP are verified to work perfectly in Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Reset, eobdtool.co.uk reported.

What is a diesel particulate filter?

A diesel particulate filter (or DPF) is a device designed to remove diesel particulate matter or soot from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine.

What’s the relationship of DPF and maintenance?

Filters require more maintenance than catalytic converters. Ash, a byproduct of oil consumption from normal engine operation, builds up in the filter as it cannot be converted into a gas and pass through the walls of the filter. This increases the pressure before the filter. Warnings are given to the driver before filter restriction causes an issue with drive-ability or damage to the engine or filter develop. Regular filter maintenance is a necessity.

DPF filters go through a regeneration process which removes this soot and lowers the filter pressure. There are three types of regeneration: active, passive, and forced. Active regeneration happens while the vehicle is not in use and takes 10 minutes on average to complete. Passive regeneration takes place while driving using the heat of the exhaust. This works well for vehicles that drive longer distances with few stops compared to those that perform short trips with many starts and stops. If the filter develops too much pressure then the last type of regeneration must be used – a forced regeneration. This involves a garage using a computer program to run the car, initiating a regeneration of the DPF manually.

What do you need for diesel particulate filter (DPF) reset?

Two options can be considered for repair work in a garage:

How OBDSTAR X300 DP do All Key Lost for Toyota with G via OBDII

How to do all key lost for Toyota with G? We can only program with adapter before,
but now we can directly program with”OBDSTAR X300 DP” via OBDII .
Here i will share the detailed procedure.

Device: X300 DP tablet key programmer full version

Master key and G key

Connect X300 DP with your vehicle through OBDII port

Click” Diag Program” on the main menu

Select”Type 2(with G72)

Select”Remote immobilizer(All key lost)

Then switch ignition off

Click”OK” to continue

Switch iginition on

Click “OK” to continue

X300 DP will prompt you to switch iginition off and remove the key

After doing that,click OK

It is configuring the system,wait for a while

Then insert the removed key and switch ignition on

Switch ignition off and reomve the key again

Then you should program keys as the following steps within 120 seconds

Here we program 1 master key and 1 usb key

Click”OK” to begin program keys

Step1: Insert the first master key,turn on the ignition and wait for 5 seconds

Step2: Insert the second sub key(the G chip key),turn on the ignition switch and wait for 5 seconds

Step3: turn on the ignition switch quickyly for 5 times,the security light will turn off,the programming is finished

Done! Program key for 2013 toyota RAV4 G successfully!
