One, you do not run the license on your computer. Two, your computer can not save the activate information. Please follow the picture to get into the STAR UTILITIES like the picture , then find the DAS ID to us to activate. If you do not know, please check the picture.

How to use “Key Database” of iKeycutter CONDOR XC-MINI Master?
User need to supply the key code, then can cutting the key.

Procedure:
1) Enter the Main interface of iKeycutter CONDOR XC-MINI Master, Click on Key Database.

2) Choose the Car Brand, Click on Confirm.

3) Enter the key code. Click on Confirm.

4) Enter the key serial code. Then click on Confirm.

5) The Bitting Code will be found in the database, and it will be shown on the screen, Click on Cut to start.

Procedure to change mileage on BMW Model 3 series:
1) Remove the cluster.
2) Connect the plug with the blue port and put the 3 pin plug in the 4 pin port left down on the instrument. Put this plug in as it is easy. If it is hart to position, it is upside down!
3) Select the menu BMW – Z3/COMPACT – Diagnosis.
4) The Tacho Universal does not show you the old value.
5) Enter the new value.
6) Verify the new value with OK.

2. SP239/SP239-B software should be installed on VMware (Win XP/Win7), if install on VMware, Ford IDS and Mazda IDS can be installed on one computer.
